Checking Status of Orders ( you should always receive a UPS, USPS or Fedex tracking from us in your e-mail when shipped.) If for some reason you did not receive the information just email:orders@finsdepot.com ask for your tracking#. Please make sure that you can receive e-mail from us and that it is not sent to
your spam or junk folder!
To keep our prices as low as possible we do not have a customer service phone number for orders. We strive to answer every e-mail received a reply that very same day in most cases less then one hour! No waiting days or weeks for a response!
Orders are processed and handled Monday thru Friday except on legal national holidays by
web site, mail or fax.

Please include a phone# or email address so we can contact you if we have questions. If mailing postal money orders only are accepted but will require a 2 business day delay in processing. *
