Our business headquarters is located in Bayville, N.J. Which is on the Jersey shore.
Where are your warehouses located?
Our warehouses are located in numerous locations throughout the US.
I do not feel comfortable placing my order over the internet is there any other way to place an order?
Can I pick up my orders if I live near you?
Unfortunately we do not have our office in New Jersey or our warehouses set up to process in-person retail sales. Maybe in the future.
ABOUT OUR POLICIES
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Because our business is based in New Jersey we are required by law to collect NJ sales tax which is automatically added to all orders shipped to any address within the State of New Jersey.
How do you ship your orders?
Our orders are shipped either UPS, Fedex, or USPS which ever is determined by us to be the fastest and most efficient way of shipping it to your location from the specific warehouse that it was located at. All shipments are fully insured!
What are your Shipping/Handling charges?
On most items a flat shipping fee is charged as long as the shipping address is within the 48 continental US. All shipments are fully insured! Please see our Shipping Page for details.

SHIPPING POLICY
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately sometimes there is a backorder on items from the manufactor which we have no control of. If there is a known backorder we will notify you as soon as possible and ask you if you want to wait for the item.
How will I know when it is shipped?
All orders when shipped will have a tracking#. All customers will receive this tracking # by
e-mail.
Please note:When ordering please double check all of your personal information was entered correctly.. We can not be responsible for mistyped addresses.Also double-check the address when you receive your email confirmation invoice. If the order is shipped to the wrong address due to information you entered there will be a $15.00 service fee needed to reship along with any UPS,FedEx, or Postal charges. These fees would have to be paid before redelivery is attempted. If the fees are not paid and the shipment is returned to us then you will only receive credit on the item minus any shipping charges paid and a $15.00 restocking fee. You agree to these terms if you purchase from us.

RETURN POLICY
What is your RETURN policy?
Are all items returnable?
MOST items are returnable. If there is any item listed that is not returnable it will be stated in the item description. Very few items are not returnable and mainly are Special Orders. Please read our Return Policy page thoroughly BEFORE purchase.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Please read our Return Policy page thoroughly BEFORE purchase. If you do not adhere to our return instructions there could be an automatic 25% restocking fee plus return freight charge.
What are your shipping/handling charges for exchanges?
Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless the merchandise was shipped in error. Orders can not be canceled after they have been shipped. Refused orders are subjected to an automatic 25% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders can not be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping. Please read our Return Policy page thoroughly BEFORE purchase.
I received the wrong item. Do you pay for Return Shipping?
Yes if the merchandise was shipped in error. You will need to e-mail us at returns@FinsDepot.com for complete instructions. Please Note: You Must package the item according to our instructions in the Return Policy page. Failure to follow the instructions could result in us issuing only a partial credit or possibly refuse the return. I have my Return Authorization Number, now where do I send the package?
Being we maintain different warehouse inventories the item will be sent to the warehouse where it was shipped from. When you are given a RA# we will supply you with the return address information. If you are returning multible items each item might need a different RA# and might have to be shipped to different locations. Again we will notify you with the RA# when it's given to you. Just e-mail us returns@FinsDepot.com for the information needed to return item.
