Refugium Sumps
The refugiums are designed for slow flow of around 500 to 700 gallons per hour and do not need the bubble suppression found on the Berlin sumps. These sumps can be added to an existing system or used as the main sump. If used as the main sump, it is recommended to have a closed loop or some other means to create more circulation in the main display tank.
